Water customers should limit outdoor water use by participating in the twice per week watering schedule.  The schedule will follow the City of Austin’s Outdoor Watering Day scheduled as follows:

                          Odd-Numbered Address – Wednesday and/or Saturday

                          Even-Numbered Address – Thursday and/or Sunday

Outdoor watering is prohibited between the hours of 10:00 am and 7:00 pm except with hand-held hoses with a positive pistol grip nozzle or other device that automatically shuts off water flow when the hose is not being used, or hand-held buckets.  Car washing is allowed on the prescribed watering days between the hours of 7:00 pm and 10:00 am.  The time restrictions do not apply to: (1) new landscape installation during the installation and the first ten days, and (2) the testing of new irrigaiton systems or existing systems begin tested or under repair.
